LEARNING OUTCOMES

You learn to act as a Scrum Master in a software project and to prepare and lead the various Scrum events such as plannings, reviews and retrospectives. You learn how to adopt and adapt Scrum in a realistic project, and to reflect its usage. You learn to plan, organize and conduct collaboration with your student team, real customer, and an agile Coach.

CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD

Content

    The course consists of a software development project which will be done for a real client from industry or academia. The projects use the Scrum framework which is taught before the project. The activities include project management, requirements specification, design, coding, quality assurance, and system delivery. You will work as a Scrum Master in a project team whose developers are students from the CS-C2130 & CS-C2140 Software Project 1&2 courses.

    1. Students majoring in SSE (SE Track).
    2. Students majoring in SSE (SDE Track).
    3. Students who have the course as an elective part of their major or minor.
