The aim of the course is to improve the working life skills of business students.

After completing the course, the student

* knows the main points of labour law
* can follow discussion on working life questions
* can act as an expert or team leader in the working life negotiation and interaction situations
* can reflect different career options and his/her optimal career direction
* understands how he/she works in a group

Content (valid 01.08.2018-31.07.2020): 

During the course the student will learn, with the help of real-life case studies, how to stand out and succeed in job seeking as well as in employment contract and salary negotiations.

The student also learns working methods in real-life situations by practising the team leader role in the most typical challenge situations in working communities.

Teaching is inclusive and interactive. The course involves a lot of group and pair exercises which develop the negotiating and problem-solving skills in a working-life based way.
