Learning Outcomes (valid 01.08.2018-31.07.2020): 

Students will work in small groups on a real research or design project. The group will be responsible for project management, actual implementation and results reporting. A seminar is arranged where groups present their findings.

-different roles in groups

- different questions types

- entrepreneurial mindset

- how to make an effective pitch

- how to start solving problems which are badly defined

Nice to know:

- how you react to critical but construcitve feedback

- what types of roles you take in the groups

- how you react if teh group work does not go planned

Assessment Methods and Criteria (valid 01.08.2018-31.07.2020): 

Group activities, oral presentations and reflective journal.

Elaboration of the evaluation criteria and methods, and acquainting students with the evaluation (applies in this implementation): 

Pre-assignment: Max. 5 p

Exercises during Sessions 2, 3 and 5: 3 x 5 points --> Max. 15 points

Mid-term presentation (COSIO) --> 10 points

Final Presentation --> 45 points

Group Work Diary --> 10 points

Project Reflection --> 5 points

Active Group participation (peer-reivewed) -->10 points

TOTAL: 100 points
