Content
  • Valid 01.08.2020-31.07.2022:

    The general purpose of this course is to familiarize students with the basic principles and techniques of HRM. The course takes a practical view that integrates the contributions of the behavioral sciences with the technical aspects of implementing the HR function in the ‘real world’. We will start by examining the roles, contexts, and challenges of HRM. We will then look at various HR practices and issues, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation, workplace diversity and inclusion, and the work-life interface.
