CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD
The course focuses on selected topical issues of international corporate taxation such as transfer pricing, anti-tax avoidance rules and corporate social responsibility. The students may participate in a half-day workshop where real-life international tax cases are solved and discussed in groups.

Group work consisting of lecture journals or an essay and participation in the workshop (100%) according to the instructions of the teacher. Alternatively book exam (100%).
