After the course the student
*is able to apply thermophysical and transport properties in design of separation processes
*is able to take into account simultaneous phase and reaction equilibrium
*is capable to understand the role of mass transfer for real processes
*is capable to apply process simulators in solving simple industrial examples

Thermophysical and transport properties, optimization of parameters,
simultaneous phase and reaction equilibria,
mass transfer and rate based modelling of separation processes,
unit operations and separation sequences, simulation.
