This year we will study the wonderful world of FPGAs and programmatic circuit design.

You will learn:

  • To establish a tool chain to program FPGA's from command line.
  • To control your RTL implementaion from Python through FPGA.
  • Use Git version control for efficient code development.
  • To build some digitall circuits and control them with Python.

Detailed eequirements for succesfull excecution of the course will be announced on the first lecture.

Assessment Methods and Criteria (valid 01.08.2018-31.07.2020): 

Mandatory attendance at seminars. Complete all assignments.
