Content
  • Valid 01.08.2020-31.07.2022:

    Properties and operation of diodes, thyristor and power transistors. Dimensioning of cooling. Protection against over voltages and currents. EMC-filtering. Resistive, capacitive and inductive components. Devices for the control signals. Course includes a planning exercise.
