    You can participate in a peer group in English or Finnish. Inform about your language prefrerence by choosing the corresponding exercise group. All course material and assignments are available in Finnish and English.

    Course learning objectives: after taking the course, you can recognize nominators describing your wellbeing in studies, and you manage working methods which make it possible to be well in your studies.

    Scientific research on students’ wellbeing will be conducted in the course. You can choose at the beginning of the course whether you give your consent to the research or not. The course has originally been developed at the University of Helsinki, where the course developers and researchers are happy to give you additional information on the research at wells@helsinki.fi.
