Student is able to design and carry out a small-scale strategy process. Knows how to interpret, communicate and negotiate strategy content and strategy objectives; and how to manage strategy work as a communicative process. Improved skills to carry out Master’s Thesis.

Communication in strategy development and strategy implementation;

Communicating, interpreting, and negotiating strategy content and objectives;

Communication in strategy dialogue and collaborative strategy work;

Facilitating strategy dialogue (lateral processes of strategy-related communication, negotiation, and sense-making)
