      Prepare a presentation (5 minute maximum) and a memo (1 page maximum) to Howard Schultz, CEO of Starbucks, outlining a concept(s) that: i) improves the experience of customers, and ii) makes business sense for Starbucks. Upload this material as one PDF. To give you a sense of the audience I have attached a brief case for review and an email note from Howard - PLEASE DO NOT LIMIT YOUR IDEATION TO THE ISSUES RAISED IN THE EMAIL NOTE
