The course introduces the concepts, tools, and principles of business model design aligned with the theories of strategic management. The main emphasis will be on understanding how firm's unique resources and capabilities should serve as a basis on which business model can be designed. In addition, throughout the course we will touch up upon the requirements set by the business environments and the theories that explain how companies are creating and maintaining competitive advantage.
For the first week
(1.1-7.1. 2018) there will be no lectures, we will start the course with
individual Pre Assignment (DL 2.1.2018) and introductory readings based on which you need to create Learning Diary I (DL 4.1.2018).
