How to comment in peer reviews FilePDF document
-
PS. In the face-to-face sessions, you shouldn't comment on everything. Use your time wisely! Your peer can read (and will understand) many of your comments by reading them + he/she has a chance to ask when you meet in session WS11.
Present at the teacher-peer-peer(-peer) meeting is the teacher, your peer reviewer/s of Draft 1, and you.
When you arrive at the session, be prepared to give and receive feedback. As a peer reviewer, you will comment on your views from Draft 1 (e.g. the top 3 to 5 items) and the teacher will follow up with comments on draft 2. Each student, thus, both gives and receives feedback. Each paper is discussed for 20-25 minutes = each student receives 20-25 min of feedback on his/her drafts. Within the half hour, the writer should also have an opportunity to ask for clarifications or further questions.
After this session, you'll try to apply the feedback as you draft the final version of your paper.

Submit your comments + email to your peer before your peer meeting Assignment
Please negotiate the deadline with your peers. It is essential that you have time to work on the text before you hand in draft 2.
Here submit two files:
C1: Your commented text - this file has your short comments inserted in the text via a commenting tool (.doc/x or .pdf), and
C2: Your separate document with longer comments.
In other words, you are submitting your partner's paper with your short comments plus your separate document with longer comments.

Submit draft 2 to your teacher and email draft 2 to your peer-group by the date agreed with your teacher for your group (Saturday 01.12, 23:00 for Monday groups, Tuesday, 4.12 23:00 for Wednesday groups) Assignment
.doc .docx or .rtf (not PDF)
Submit your revised text (=Draft 2) that includes revisions based your partner's feedback and submit the first text you uploaded at the beginning of the course. Your teacher will comment on draft 2 and then discuss it with you at the Peer-Peer-Teacher Feedback session. Your peer/s will also be prepared to comment on 3-5 points in your draft, and you may have questions to ask both your peer/s and the teacher. Each Draft 2 will be discussed for about 20 min.
