    • In order to get refunded for your valid expenses follow the following instructions.

      1 student per group fills out this "M2_one-time traveller data form" form. Please note that non-Finnish persons need a TIN, see the form for details.

      Write a short free-form explanation of the costs. For instance

      "Costs for CS-E5200 Design Project course, spring 2019.
      -Buying movie tickets as a gift to usability test users, 8x9€, name list attached.
      -Post-IT notes for ideation, 7.28€"

      Return the form, receipts (or copies of them) and explanation in an envelope to Mika (A226) or pass them along at lecture/presentations by end of May.

      In a few days/weeks some money may find its way to your bank accounts.

    • This is the agreement governing the collaboration between Aalto University CS-E5200 Design Project course, its students and its customer.

      All students participating to the course must sign the contract in order to be admitted to the course.

      This link is so the students may familiarize themselves with the agreement beforehand. The actual signing will be done in paper jointly at the course kick-off lectures.
