General
This course offers an overview of the physics and operation principles
of the modern semiconductor devices. It will cover the basic structures
of semiconductor-based devices, such as p-n junctions and
metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) systems, with an insight into fabrication techniques and main applications (e.g., transistors, solar cells, and photodetectors). The course includes an excursion to a
company which operates in the field of semiconductor
technology.
Schedule
The course starts already on Mon 7.1.2019 at 12:15
(Not on 9.1. as stated in WebOodi.)
