Each week, a new perspective to innovation management is presented and discussed in class. The purpose of these introductory presentations is to:
1) Develop a basic understanding of innovation management in organizations
2) Introduce selected perspectives and analytical tools for approaching and solving innovation problems in organizations
3) Support and deepen the analysis of specific design problems from the innovating organization's perspective.
