      The file is the presentation by UPM representatives, Esa Laurinsilta, Elina Moisio and Matti Ristolainen, in the introductory event. In the end of the presentation several links are listed for further studying. The calculated workload for the pre-reading/pre-studying (before the boot camp), including the team work, is ca. 20 h. It is important to communicate between the team members and also divide the tasks depending on the expertise of each team member. Together you are able to accomplish much more than as individuals.
