As part of the lecture with Juha Äkräs, there is a small assignment to be completed after the class.
You are expected to write a personal reflection report, length about 1000 words. This exercise is for your personal benefit and highly intimate. You will get most out of this exercise, if you are totally honest to yourself. Because of this, you do not need to deliver your report to anyone, but it would be beneficial to share your reflections with someone you trust.
Already today in the workplace you are expected to self-regulate and self-manage yourself without oversight. This freedom comes with a responsibility. We trust that you will complete this task without us controlling it. In the best case this task may be life changing in many ways.
You might discover new clarity what comes to who you are and what you want in your life; and you might also find new tools to manage your life and improve your wellbeing, when you take this exercise seriously.
