Assignments
The final deliverable of the NEPPI course is the Product Opportunity Document (POD). You can find the template attached.
Evaluation criteria for the POD:
- Each section in the document has max points marked in each section's instructions (totalling 100 pts.)
- Each topic has a pre-defined set of issues that the team needs to cover
- The details need to specified in a manner that an engineer-minded reader can make sense of it, i.e. specific, preferably numeric, and unambiguous.
- By filling optional/additional details, the team may complement possible confusions/inaccuracies elsewhere in the document.
