Deliverables
For the final report, we will have 2 deadlines, one in May and another one in August.
First Deadline - May 15th
All teams should submit the draft report so we can have some material for evaluation. We know that most of the teams will not have their reports completed, but we will need some material for pre-evaluation. This date is also for the teams that won't be able to work during summer and want to finalize the course in May.Second Deadline - August 15th
We are aware that some teams will have more challenges in working on their prototypes, therefore we created the second deadline for the report. This report should include more details about the project, such as process, the reasoning for decisions, and further development.
Submit your digital final report to the teaching team by the deadline here.
(In case your report file is over 200MB you can submit a link to your report stored in 3rd party service).
When working on the report take into consideration your sponsor.
You should include the following:
- Executive summary
(a short section that summarizes your project in such a way that readers can rapidly become acquainted with a large body of material without having to read it all)
- The reasoning for your solution
- Instructions of use
- How to develop your solution further
- Other opportunities for exploration
For the PdP staff, we would like to see your learning experiences and reflections about the project, and also an overview of the budget used in the project.
It’s your report. You decide the format. If you have questions, just contact us.
You can find some examples from previous years below:Just like the report we will also have 2 deadlines, one in May and another one in August.
As discussed during CPM4, we have decided to combine the video teaser and the final Stage presentations into a new deliverable - project story video. Upon discussion with all the teams, we believe that the best way to show the story of your project to the rest of the world is to make a video that tells about your process and how you got to the final solution. You can focus on the main challenges, talk about the problem that you're trying to solve, tools that you used, user interviews, etc…the opportunities are endless! Choose the story that better helps you to communicate your project and your process. These project stories will be published near to the final gala and will serve as marketing material for your project and for the gala coming on the 4th of September.

This date is for the teams that won't be able to work during summer and want to finalize the course or most of the work in May.Second Deadline - August 15th
We know that most of the teams will not have time to complete their videos, therefore we have a second deadline date for delivering the Project Story video.
