This section includes the group assignment description for those taking the 5 credit version of the course.
At the bottom of the page students may find two documents.
The first document 'Our own zimbo zambo project' contains general description, schedule and instructions about the group assignment.
The second document 'Tapiola - The new rise of the garden district' contains more precise information about the contents of the group assignment.
If there's something unclear, please don't hesitate to contact course staff.
Please register your group assignment teams of 4 to 5 students (preferably 4) via email to Tom Olsson by 21st of January 2020 at 12:00 (noon). Tom will reply and give permission to register your student team for the 5 credit course version. After being accepted, team members should first register in WebOodi for the 'D01 Demonstration'. Then, teams may register their members in the group registration choice at the bottom of this page.
In your registration email, please indicate the following information for each member:
- Student's name belonging to the team
- Student's major, minor and degree programme
- To what module does this 5 credit course version belong to in student's curriculum (e.g. part of major, minor/similar, or optional)
The number of participants in the 5 credits version is limited to 6 groups (24-30 students in total), and therefore priority is given to students majoring in industrial management and to students who have included the course in their mandatory curriculum (extended minor or similar), or are from department of civil and structural engineering (e.g. construction management and economics).
If you are missing a group member or are without a group, please use the General Discussion forum at MyCourses to search for a member or group! If you still haven't been able to contact any group or additional member by 22nd of January, please send Tom an email, and we will help you!
Below student teams may find the material boxes for handing-in their management board meeting materials.
