      Discuss the following:

      1)What do you expect from the project? (1-2 topics)

      2)What are you afraid of in the project? (2-3 topics)

      3)Create 2-3 ideas for the project topic (shortly explained: one short paragraph / idea)

      Submit here your personal project reflection. There is no length limit --> for full points a deeper analysis is needed.

      • Describe and reflect your role in the team. Was your role similar that you normally take? 
      • Describe the different roles which your other team mates had.
      • Describe how your emotions & motivation evolved during the project.
      • Describe the biggest learning point when it comes to team work.
      • List also your evaluation of your team mates (person by person) and ALSO yourself by giving 0 - 10 points for each person (one grade / person): this is compulsory part of reflection (otherwise 0 p from this part). Provide also reasoning for the grade you give. RANGE: From 0 = “not participating” to 10 p. =”very actively participating, driving the project forward”.
      • While assessing your own and peer's team work, consider for example the following aspects: contribution to the ideas, contribution to teh tasks and general skills to work in teams ("collaborative skills").

      The DL for submission is 18.12.

      Instructions:

      Write a short description at least once a week (1/2 page)

      • Reflect: Where we are now? Are we working together or are we pulling apart? What has been fun? What is difficult now? What stresses? How is the motivation level? Any time management issues?...
      • If something has been bad – has it improved? What steps are you taking as a group to improve the situation?
      • IMPORTANT: think and provide ideas how you could have done this digitally (not needed to do weekly, but once in a while). Our goal is to make 100 % digital entrepreneurial course so we need your input and feelings

      Write also in the end appr. 1 page of the group’s “conclusions”:
