    1. Monthly session (2h/month): We will cover 9 conceptual topics in 9 months to provide the theories and guidance to execute the routines. Participating in the monthly sessions is compulsoryOnce a month, students will have a monthly session that is held for both Good Life Engine students and the public. The sessions are part of AVP open event, so you will meet not only GLE students but also other participants;

    2. Guidance/Coaching session (1-2h/semester): One or two times per semester. Students will meet the teachers to learn the practices of execution of the routine, to get advice for building, maintaining, and improving the routines. There are 2 compulsory guidance sessions

    3. Individual work: Students individually execute well-being routines based on the given guidelines and do individual assignments in a given time frame;

    4. Group work: Students work within the group to do group assignments in a given time frame;

    5. Tracking report:
    Students are asked to track their routine execution throughout the course. The tracking method will be done via emoji message on Telegram. Every month, the tracking routine report will be sent to students.

    Teachers work as facilitators. We are here to help you to gain the mentality to build the routine, and we will offer you different methods, practices and systems for your personal growth. However, we will not tell you what is good or bad for you. We encourage you to discuss the routines and methods with fellow students as peer support is an important attribute.

    All participants decide by themselves how far they are ready to go into the process. The course is a personal project and thus, students choose what they want to execute.
