      1) Read Chapter 1 (pp. 3-25) in the book by Schein, Edgar H. Organizational culture and leadership. Vol. 2. John Wiley & Sons, 2010.

      • What is the culture and why it is important?
      • How does culture form and how can leaders form culture?

      2) Watch a video with our next guest speaker Ilkka Paananen:

      • Write three things that, in your opinion, need to be changed (can be criticized) in Supercell's culture.
      • Explain WHY you think so (for each of three things).
