    • WAT Orientation days

Your Master's studies begin with Orientation Week, where you learn more about Aalto University and its School of Engineering (AaltoENG) as well as our WAT Master's Programme and related Water and Environmental Engineering Research Group. It is also first time you'll meet your fellow students.

Monday, Thursday and Friday include introduction to studying at Aalto University as well as its key services, with joint sessions for all AaltoENG students. Tuesday and Wednesday are then WAT Orientation Days, where you'll get to know our research programme and your fellow students, and learn more about our Master's Programme and its Personal Portfolio Process.

Hence, even if you already know Aalto, you must present at least on Tuesday 1.9 and Wednesday 2.9! Both days start at 9.00 sharp in Zoom: https://aalto.zoom.us/j/65988166069

We recommend you to join trough the *Zoom App* instead of through web browser, if possible (sometimes there are challenges with the breakout rooms when using through browser).

WAT Orientation Days' programme, see here.

The instructions for your Group Presentation (to be done during Tuesday 1.9.), see here.

WAT Orientation slides, including your groups and link to GoogleSheet, see below (requires log-in as a student).

The programme of the entire Orientation Week, see here.

(Note for non-WAT-students such as exchange students and students from other Aalto Master's Programmes taking the WAT course: you don't have to participate in the WAT Orientation Days, but you can come directly to the first session of WAT Course on Mon 7.9. Nordic5Tech students should, however, join also WAT Orientation Days).
