      Question 5.3

      Find two nanotoxicology research papers using the same nanomaterial class and explain shortly (150-200 words):
      (i) the main result in both papers
      (ii) how valid the result is from nanosafety point of view.

      BONUS point available if you find two papers of the same material where the results are conflicting (toxic vs. non-toxic) and discuss about the reason behind the conflicting results.

      NOTE! Include also citations to literature (authors, title, scientific journal volume (year) pages.) No points without references.

      (a) Explain what is an exciton and why it forms.

      (b) Find a scientific paper (from years 2019-2020) related to the APPLICATION of excitons, read it and explain:

             i.          What is the application?

           ii.          What is the role of excitons in this application (max. 3-5 sentences and max. 1 fig.)?

         iii.          Show the proper reference: all authors, name of the journal volume (year) pages.

      NOTE! The presence of the exciton needs to be desirable for the application, i.e. it does not reduce or prevent the performance.
