  • DUE TO LIMITATIONS OF MYCOURSES THIS PAGE SHOWS SOME INFO FROM 2021 WHICH IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Programming Studio A is a continuation course of the course Programming 1, in which you expand your Scala competences and learn more about designing and implementing a larger program. The course is targeted at students in the Data Science program and its prerequisite is Programming 1.

The course is implemented in conjunction with course CS-2120, Programming Studio 2, aimed at Computer Science students. In Spring 2022, the organization, schedule, and majority of the content of the two courses are common. The key difference between the two courses are the instruction language, the prerequisites and the list of project topics offered. The course material in English is for Studio A and in Finnish for Studio 2.

As with Programming 1, all course material will be published in A+ where the course opens at the latest on Wed Jan 12th. Please note that the course is offered in A+ as a bilingual course "Studio 2" (the material in English is for Studio A).
