Topic outline

    • Final presentation exhibition

Time and place: Thursday, 7.4.2022, 13:15-15:00. Lecture room F102 at Väre.

      Choreography:
The space will be setup for the exhibition during the morning before 13:00.
One team member in a given time will present the team's results when those not presenting at a given time can roam from a demo to demo and familiarize themselves with each team's work. So, each of you should be able to present the results, so that everyone gets to visit other demos, discuss and ask question, learn. I will invite some other faculty to visit also. You can ask your friends to visit if you wish.

The Bacteria team has a presentation setup next to Fazer restaurant in the 2nd floor. That will be visited in three or so groups for everyone to see it.

      Deliverables:
-A1 - sized printed poster presenting the concept. Printer is downstairs available for students themselves to print. Don't leave printing to last second, it often poses some challenges.
-Power point (or other) presentation describing the process, key learnings, and with other supporting material. If you wish, we can run your (max) 5 min presentation/pitch talk once/team on big screen during the exhibition.

The final report is to include the presentation and poster as a single pdf. I'll have the return box open in MC soon. Deadline for the pdf submission is by Easter.

    • Please return the presentation as a pdf, preferably by Thursday night 24.3.

    • As a team, please prepare a short description for Thursday's tutoring. Include at least the following:
What does the system do = raison d'être = value proposition.
A description of what you would want to validate via further development. Some functionality/feature/subsystem. How could you test it? Remember, there may be steps here as well, or iterations if time allows.
What resources would you need? Material, space, expertize, other?
      A schedule for key steps.
Description of deliverables you commit to - these may be developed, pending some discussion with Severi.
