Instructions for installing Matlab
Instructions for installing Matlab on your own computer provided by Aalto IT can be found below. In order to activate the license provided by Aalto, you need to create a MathWorks account with your Aalto e-mail address during the process.
In addition to the basic Matlab installation, you should also select the following toolboxes/add-ons to be installed during the installation process:
- Optimization toolbox (required in the 1st assignment)
- Simulink (required in the 2nd assignment)
- Control System toolbox (required in the 2nd assignment)
Notice that Matlab with these two toolboxes will require at least approximately 10 GB of free space on your computer.
