    Assignments

There are 8 assignments during this course. The assignments will be due to each exercise session, starting at round 5. The assignments are due on Wednesdays at 10:00 and on Fridays at 12:00, before the exercise sessions start. The assignments will be submitted to their folders in the Assignments tab. Late submissions will not be graded.

Assignments will be graded with a scale of 0-4 points, and an additional 1 point will be awarded if the student is willing to present their solution to the class during the exercise session in which the assignment is due. These points from assignments will be scaled for the final course grade. During the course, one can get a total of 40p, out of which 10p are given from the assignments and 30p from the exam.

Each assignment is given in their respective folders. The solutions to these assignments should be written in a well structured report, submitted as a pdf-file. If the student is willing to present their solution to the class to earn the extra point, the Excel-file used to solve the problems should also be submitted.

Model solutions to the assignments will not be provided; the solutions will be presented and discussed in the exercise session in which the assignments are due. Correct numerical values of the assignments will be given at the end of the course, however.
