The course feedback system
From autumn 2014 on, the online feedback system has used the Webropol platform. The new course feedback system is an anonymous channel for feedback and it is used in every course. When the course feedback survey is made public, the student will receive an e-mail message from the system. By following the link in the message, the student is able to answer. There is two weeks time to answer. Three days before the closure, the system will send a note message for those students who still have not given feedback.
After analyzing the feedback, the teacher will give feedback back to students for example in the MyCourses course home page. Emerged issues are taken in account when developing the course. Finally, the department or the degree programme will collect the feedback of all courses for pedagogical developing work.
Student feedback can also be given before or during the course, either orally or in written form for example by email to the teachers. When you give feedback during the course, teachers can make changes needeed already during the ongoing course.
