2. To make up your absence in the morning, choose two of the following questions and write a short answers. Remember to justify your answers.The idea in this assignment is to facilitate your own reflection about these themes in your teaching.
A) How to give timely feedback for students taking large class first-year lecture-based course? Reflect what are the typical challenges. What are potential assessment methods?
B) Reflect, how to give timely feedback for graduating master students taking a course of their major studies?
C) Group working skills are one of the core competencies included in both bachelor and master degrees. Reflect, how to assess group working skills? How to give timely feedback for group working skills for first-year students? What about fifth-year students?
D) Reflect, which factors have an influence on students’ perceptions of workload?
E) Based on your experience, reflect how can you as a teacher decrease the students’ perception of workload in your course?
F) Students’ stress: Based on the material and your experiences, what could you do as a teacher to reduce students’ stress. Take into account your students, discipline and student feedback – what make your students to experience stress in their studies.
4. Write your thoughts and submit the document in Mycourses under the 3rd teaching session. The length of the whole assignment is 1-2 pages. Deadline is 5th December.
