Sprint Assignment 9: Draft your Startup’s Sales Process (29.03.2021)

The most important people to get your business to flourish are your customers! Please draft the customer journey to your startup (from a sales perspective). Here, the focus is on new customer acquisition and how to convert leads to customers.

This exercise aims to draft the process that moves leads into customers (and you see, how you can convert your market estimation numbers into revenue in action).

Deliverable: a short, 1-4 pages pdf, where you describe the main points of the new customer acquisition process. If you have a two-sided market, please describe the process to both markets. The expectation is a short but precise description of the process, not a detailed sales (or marketing) plan.
