All the weekly assignments progress step-by-step towards the final version of the written report and the presentation, so timeliness is extremely important! Instructions for each assignment are available in section Assignments. All the specific materials needed for completing an assignment are available in connection of the instructions.

You will receive eacher feedback on two written preparatory assignments (through Emended) as well as on the presentation outline.  In addition, you will receive feedback on your work from your co-students.

WRITTEN COMPONENT
The written component of this course consists of preparatory assignments combined into a final recommendation report, independently completed online modules, and an exam.  The
final text, A4, is a recommendation of a solution from your field of study to a specific need or problem.

Assignments 1-4:

-   A1, Pre-course assignment (Instructions and Template): find problems and identify solutions in your field of study. (5 points)
-   A2, write the Introduction paragraph for the recommendation report (problem-solution). (5 points)
-   A3, write a Definition of the recommended solution and add to the report.  ( 5 + 5 points)

-   A4, Final report: A Recommendation (20 points)

Online modules and the exam
The 3 online modules
on principles of writing will be completed online, independently. The exam mainly based on these modules.
Although the modules must be completed by a deadline, you can return to the exercises also later if you wish to practice more.
