CPM 2 will be held between 14th and 18th December.
Book your 1h time slot as a team by 11th December.
Invite your sponsor to participate in this meeting, and be prepared to share with us the achievements of the Fall, as well as a plan and next steps for the Spring. The whole team is required to attend, as well as the sponsor representative.
The meeting structure is as follows:
- A short presentation by the team (15 minutes)
- Project Plan
- Learnings and Challenges
- Open Discussion
- Feedback on the project progress
The CPM 2 will be in a hybrid version: we will reserve spaces for the meetings, but if you don't feel well or if you prefer to stay at home you can join the meeting via the ZOOM link. The meeting should not take more than one hour since there are other meetings after that.
