CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD
Content
Valid 01.08.2020-31.07.2022:
The course focuses on selected topical issues of international corporate taxation such as transfer pricing, anti-tax avoidance rules and corporate social responsibility. The students may participate in a half-day workshop where real-life international tax cases are solved and discussed in groups.
Assessment Methods and Criteria
Valid 01.08.2020-31.07.2022:
Spring 2021: Group work consisting of lecture journals or an essay and participation in the workshop (100%) according to the instructions of the teacher. Alternatively essay (100 %)
Spring 2022: Group work consisting of lecture journals (50%) and participation in the workshop or an essay (50%) according to the instructions of the teacher.
