The two-day seminar ‘Responsible Global Leadership’ will bring together students, professors and Corporate Partners to discuss responsible leadership and ethical thinking in connection with global management challenges.
The goal of the seminar is to emphasize the importance of responsible leadership on different levels and in various connections: societal, business and human. Responsible leadership is conceived as a state of being that builds on individual managers’ sensibility, personality and self-awareness and translates into acts. During the seminar we will discuss and debate ways to reconcile the pressures of competition with the necessity of being socially responsible. The seminar includes a combination of lectures, guest speakers and discussions.
