The Lean Start is the beginning of your personal path to Lean mastery as well as a platform for our joined journey to Lean culture at Aalto University. It is an online course especially for Aalto service staff but also for anyone else interested in Lean & Agile methods, tools, philosophy and way of working.
Lean Start consists of seven core learning modules, a background learning module and a real world Lean experiment that is documented and shared. Each learning module contains questions or small assignments. Once you have completed all learning modules and implemented the Lean experiment, you will get your Lean badge.
After successful completion of the course you are expected to be able to conduct Lean experiments on your own and skills to start building a Lean culture! With further experiments, you are eligible to proceed towards becoming a Lean coach for others.- Opettaja: Rahkila Martti
