Content

In this course, students identify major theories and elements that influence the recruitment and integration of the international workforce into the workplace. Students apply the major theories and concepts related to intercultural competence in the analysis of practical cases in international companies and multicultural workplaces. Through the analysis of these cases, students will practice finding solutions for the particular problems / challenges in question. In addition, the course covers concepts such as national culture & organizational culture and the role of Lingua Franca in multicultural work settings. Students will also choose a specific country or cultural group to deepen their understanding of that specific group.
