Content

This course provides students with basic knowledge about project management in the artistic and educational field. During the course, students will design their own project in teams. The course introduces basic project management tools and methods to successfully plan and execute a study project. Ideally, the context of the project plan is connected to the course project work in another course.
Assessment Methods and Criteria
Valid 01.08.2020-31.07.2022:
Assessment methods include Project plan (20%), Discussion and group work (20%), and Final assignment (60%). In addition, 80% attendance is required.

For the grade 3 (good), you need to do
all the assignments well and keep the deadlines and attend to the classes (in
time)!For a grade 4 (very good), there needs to
be active participation in discussions and thoroughly done assignments. Project
plan is clearly presented and communicated.For a grade 5 (excellent), there needs
to be active participation in discussions and excellently done assignments, with a
developer's mindset. Project plan content shows broad understanding of the
field and could be implemented in practice. The text is well written with deep insight, and
visuals bring clarity and aesthetic value to the work.
