LEARNING OUTCOMES
After completing this course the student
1. knows the central concepts in decision analysis,
2. can structure and model problems with multiple attributes, decision dynamics and uncertainty for aiding decision-making,
3. understands the assumptions underlying decision analytic models and why behavior of real decision makers may differ from the behavior that these models would predict, and
4. knows how to use optimization methods in conjunction with decision analysis.
