LEARNING OUTCOMES
The aim is to get insight into current research in the area of biobased colloids and renewable nanomaterials, and application of surface sensitive methods to fiber and polymer technology. After the course the student will have deepened his/her understanding in one specific topic and learned how to use some novel surface sensitive methods in practice. The independent work prepares the student for Master's Thesis project.

Content

This project course includes a literature review on a particular topic, some experimental work on a project related to that topic, and writing a report. The topic of the project is agreed with the responsible teacher.

Both the written report and the experimental work are assessed.
Workload

To be agreed with the responsible teacher. The workload depends on the number of credits (5-10 cr), always combining literature review, laboratory work and writing a report.

This project course can be taken at any time during the academic year. The students can complete the course either in period I, II, III, IV, or V.

2023-2024 Autumn I - Spring VA course implementation may be cancelled if the number of students enrolled to the course implementation does not meet the required minimum of five students.
