LEARNING OUTCOMES

Upon completion of the course, student is able to (i) foster collaboration in global leadership, (ii) understand the challenges of leading multicultural and diverse teams and, (iii) lead with agility in a global setting. In terms of skill development, students will practice receiving and giving feedback, reflexive writing, critical thinking and team work.

    The course examines issues and challenges related to people management in multinational organizations. People are considered as one of the most, if not the most important resource for global competitiveness of firms. Yet, the challenge of effective people management remains considerable in multinational organizations operating across very different geographical, cultural and institutional environments. During the course, students will explore processes of global people management practices in theory and in real-life situations.
