LEARNING OUTCOMES

This introductory course in the Global Management (incl. CEMS MIM) programme aims to provide a foundation for the students to analyze, identify and develop their leaderships approach and to plan and take ownership of their personal development. After the course, the student will  be able to embrace the concepts of reflexivity and leadership-as-practice, and set goals for their personal development.

Content

    In this course, students will be invited to challenge some of the taken-for-granted assumptions of leadership by getting familiar with alternative approaches like shared and dialogical leadership. The course also aims to sensitize the students to personal development as a lifelong process and self-development issues.
