LEARNING OUTCOMES
After the course, student can
1. Assess the human safety in buildings using experimental and computational analyses of evacuation
2. Recognize and assess the fire consequences in residential and industrial scales
3. Apply the probabilistic risk analysis methods to assess fire risks for life and property
4. Describe and communicate the benefits, requirements and limitations of performance-based fire design
5. Combine the fire safety engineering methods to solve design-related problems
