After the course the student:
- understands (has a good knowledge of) the role of Real Estates and Cities in the mitigation of climate change and other sustainability challenges. Similarly, understands the economic implication and opportunities of sustainable Real Estate
- can identify and compare management models and sustainability indicators used in Real Esate
- can evaluate (critically analyse) the significance of long-term strategic management and distinguish and classify the sustainability challenges associated with Real Estate and Cities
