Content

The overall aim of this course is to improve the students' skills to work in a diverse team in various professional contexts. To achieve the goal, this course provides both theoretical and practical knowledge on teamwork and leadership. Topics covered include leadership theories, culture and discursive leadership, and communication skills for effective teamwork.
