    When completing the course for the second time, and:

    • the credits are to be included in your BSc degree: register to the course CHEM-C2000001
    • the credits are to be included in your MSc degree: register to the course CHEM-E0125001

    If you wish to complete the course more than two times, please contact the teacher in charge of the course to agree on completion.

    Training for the teaching assistant duties is organized by the responsible teacher of the course being taught. The course can be taken several times (for up to 10 cr during the BSc studies). Each taught course awards credits.

    Credits can be obtained as follows:

    1. The student enrolls on a teaching assistant course based on the degree they wants to include the credits in. If the credits are to be a part of a bachelor s degree, the student enrolls in the course Kurssiapulaisena Kemian tekniikan korkeakoulussa (CHEM-C2000). If the credits are to be a part of a master s degree, the student enrolls in Teaching Assistant Duties at the School of Chemical Engineering (CHEM-E0125).
    2. After the teaching has concluded, the student carefully fills out the report form for teaching assistants. The form can be found in the MyCourses-page of the course selected at step 1.
    3. The responsible teacher reads the report and accepts it. The credits are awarded based on the accepted reports after the spring and autumn periods.

    Enroll to this course if you are completing the course for the first time and the course will be included in your MSc degree. The teaching assistants are selected by the responsible teachers and there is a limited amount of positions available.

    A course implementation may be cancelled if the number of students enrolled to the course implementation does not meet the required minimum of five students. In the case of cancelled course implementations, the students enrolled to them must be provided with an alternative way of completing the course or be advised to take some other applicable course.
