Content

Introduce and apply fundamental communication skills in challenging simulations. Provide structures for planning and executing effective communication and negotiation. Working with shyness, being reserved / private and showing respect for diversity. Practical exercises to develop personal skills, and a safe space to practice with constructive feedback.

The intake is limited to 35 students. This course is primarily directed to late Bachelor’s students, or Master’s students in Aalto. Participants ideally come from various study backgrounds, as this is an interdicplinary project. In student selection, the diversity of the student group is taken into consideration. Due to its nature, the course requires a minimum of 10 students enrolled and participating, for it to be arranged.
