CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD

Content

    During the course, we practise subjunctives and get acquainted with terminologies specific to various professional fields. We practise communicating in both writing and speech, and analyse the media’s common communication strategies. The topics include human rights, challenges to democracy, and factors affecting people’s values and decision-making.

Assessment Methods and Criteria

  • valid for whole curriculum period:

    1. Group teaching: 36 h. 80% attendance rate required. Registration must be confirmed by attending the first lecture.
    2. Regular and active participation in classwork (10%)
    3. Exercises (20%)
    4. Oral presentation (20%)
    5. Written final examination: (50%)
